Training
- Dramatised scenarios
- Training events
- Bespoke training packages
Training should be entertaining, that’s my philosophy. Gentle humour combined with the use of positive role models is far more effective than a more finger wagging approach. Mocking poor behaviour may be fun but it’s also likely to alienate the audience.

These are two of series of management training videos I wrote, but never mind that. Look carefully at the picture on the left and you will see Sophie Okonedo who gave a brilliant performance as the difficult interviewee. I like to think I helped to launch her to international stardom!
